"My Shopify account is still an empty shell, so this project is about taking it from zero to a fully-functioning, conversion-ready store. I need the entire customer journey planned and executed—from the first visit to checkout—so a polished user experience sits at the heart of every design decision.

Scope
• Research and wireframe the core shopping flows with a strong focus on UX best practices.
• Craft a custom, brand-aligned theme (no off-the-shelf look-alikes) that remains fast, responsive, and accessible.
• Design all key pages: home, collection, product, cart, and checkout—including micro-interactions that guide shoppers smoothly.
• Set up fonts, color palette, and image guidelines so future updates stay visually consistent.
• Integrate basic apps or sections where needed and test across devices before hand-off.

Acceptance criteria
• Pages load quickly on both desktop and mobile.
• Navigation is intuitive; users never need more than three clicks to reach a product page.
• Checkout process shows a measurable drop in friction when tested on staging.
• Final theme is handed over as a duplicate Shopify theme file, fully documented for later tweaks.
