Key Responsibilities: Website Development & Management, Build a new website (potentially two separate sites — to be discussed), Advise on the best platform/technology (e.g., Laravel vs alternatives), explaining pros and cons clearly.

Set up and manage: E-commerce functionality (digital and physical products), training/course portal for online students, Subscriber-only / membership area with gated exclusive content., Ensure clean, modern, conversion-focused UX/UI, Provide ongoing updates, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

SEO & Visibility: Complete SEO setup from scratch (technical, on-page, and foundational off-page), Ongoing SEO optimisation and keyword strategy, Analytics tracking, reporting, and actionable recommendations,

Email Marketing Infrastructure: Set up email marketing automation and segmentation, Integrate the website with email marketing tools, Create basic automations (welcome flows, purchase flows, abandoned cart, etc.).

Google: Manage Google My Business listing and optimisation, Review and potentially optimise existing Google Ads campaigns, Ongoing improvements based on 12+ months of historical data.
