"I’m looking for a developer who can create a Mac-native application that lets me type in a deck’s overall length, width, and height and instantly see two things:
• a clean, on-screen 3D (or at least 2D plan plus elevation) preview of the deck, and
• a parts list that spells out every wood joist, beam, post, board, and fastener length together with the exact quantity required.

Wood is the only material the calculator has to support for now, but the internal structure should leave room for future composite or metal modules. The parts take-off has to update live as I tweak dimensions, and I need the option to export that list to CSV or PDF so I can forward it to the lumber yard.

I don’t mind whether you build it in Swift/SwiftUI, Electron, or another framework as long as the final product installs and runs smoothly on the latest two macOS versions without additional setup. Please include an estimate of the data you’ll need from me (e.g., default board sizes, joist spacing, ledger details) and outline your testing approach so I know the cut-list math is rock solid.

Deliverables will be:
1. Mac-ready installer or signed app bundle
2. Source code with brief build instructions
3. Short user guide covering dimension entry, visualization controls, and export
