"I need a cross-platform Deals Directory built with Flutter that feels smart from day one. The app must run smoothly on iOS, Android and the Web, sharing a single codebase and a single, cloud-hosted database.

Core user-side experience: shoppers open the app, speak or type what they need, and immediately see nearby offers. They can narrow results with precise search and filter tools, check real user ratings, then redeem the deal. Voice search and geo-location are non-negotiable; they must feel native, quick and reliable. An AI layer should quietly rank and recommend offers based on behaviour and location to keep the feed relevant without manual curation.

Behind the scenes I expect a SaaS-style admin dashboard where new merchants can sign up, publish or schedule deals, respond to reviews, and view simple analytics. Think multi-tenant: each merchant sees only their own data while I retain super-admin rights over everything.
