"I am looking for an experienced Laravel developer to build a complete bilingual website (Arabic + English) for a cleaning & manufacturing company.
The project includes a fully dynamic admin panel and a complete internal invoice system with PDF and QR code generation.
1. Frontend (Website)
• Bilingual (Arabic + English) switch
• Responsive, modern, clean UI
• Homepage design based on the provided visual direction
• Company sections (About, Services, Contact, etc.)
2. Backend (Admin Panel – Laravel)
• Secure login
• Dashboard overview
• Manage website content (sections, text, images)
• Manage invoices
• User roles & permissions for employees
• System settings
3. Invoice System

Must include:
• Create / Edit / Delete invoice
• Auto-generated invoice number
• Clean PDF layout
• QR Code generation (ZATCA compliant)
• Save invoices in database
• Invoice View page
• Invoice List table
• Share invoice via WhatsApp button (mobile + desktop)
→ WhatsApp link with prefilled message + PDF link
4. Deployment
