"I want to launch a small meditation portal that reliably streams pre-recorded audio or video sessions at specific hours every day. My priority is a cost-effective, open-source stack—WordPress, Drupal or a lightweight custom PHP/MySQL build are all fine as long as they meet the brief without licensing fees.

Core functions
• Admin-side scheduling: I upload a file, choose one or more time zones (e.g., 7 PM IST, 7 PM PST) and set the start time. At the designated hour the player goes live automatically; at all other times visitors should see either a countdown or a short teaser image. Some images will be uploaded in a carousel for visualisation of audio files
• Daily page-hit counter stored in the database and visible in the dashboard.
• Secure user registration and login so returning meditators can sign in before joining a session.
• Simple blog area where I can post guidance notes and news.

The site must be mobile-friendly, quick to load and progressive enough to behave like an app when saved to a phone’s home screen. Clean, documented code and clear instructions for adding new tracks or adjusting schedules will be part of the hand-off." (client-provided description)
