Scope of work
• Map and streamline the site’s information architecture so every key page is reachable in no more than three clicks.
• Redesign page templates for the blog, shop/product pages, and portfolio items, keeping visual consistency with our brand guidelines.
• Implement performance best practices (image optimisation, code minification, caching) to keep average page load below two seconds on a 4G mobile connection.
• Build fully responsive front-end components and test across the latest versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge.
• Hand over source files, style guide, and clear instructions for future content updates.

Acceptance criteria
A short walkthrough video or live staging link that proves the new navigation flow, GTmetrix/Lighthouse scores showing sub-2-second loads, and visual confirmation that all three content types render correctly across breakpoints.
