"I need a fully functional AI chatbot woven directly into my WordPress / WooCommerce site on Hostinger. The key requirement: everything must run with minimal or no recurring fees—so please rely on self-hosted, open-source models and libraries rather than paid APIs such as Open AI, Gemini, Groq, etc.

Core functions I expect the bot to handle:
• Answer FAQs and assist customers in real time
• Guide visitors through the site’s navigation flow
• Locate product links, add selected products to a custom shopping-list table, and let users view or edit that list
• Create, display, and edit user events or reminders stored in another custom table
• Accept voice-to-text queries for hands-free use
• Offer a smooth human-handoff option when the user asks for live help
• Present predefined Q&A suggestions to speed up interactions
• Deliver a great, responsive UI that blends naturally with my existing theme and fits both desktop and mobile

Language coverage must be strong: English, French, German, Romanian, Italian, and Spanish. Automatic detection and switching are ideal so visitors always see replies in their own language.

Technical stack and constraints
• PHP and MySQL only (fit cleanly on my current Hostinger plan)
• No external paid AI endpoints; open-source LLMs or lightweight embeddings that will run within—or alongside—my shared hosting environment
• The solution must install as a standard WordPress plugin or drop-in module so I can enable, disable, and update it like any other plugin
• Compatibility with WooCommerce product data is essential for the shopping-list features

Acceptance criteria
1. A working plugin installed on a staging copy of my site that demonstrates every feature above.
2. Clear setup documentation covering model installation, language packs, and performance tips for low-memory hosting.
