"My Flutter app currently runs with Cashfree handling every transaction. I now want Google Play Billing to manage every new purchase while the existing Cashfree flow remains available for the older ones. The task is therefore a partial migration rather than a full replacement.

What I need done
• Add the latest stable Google Play Billing Library to my Flutter codebase.
• Configure and test a clean one-time purchase flow (no subscriptions or trials).
• Keep the Cashfree paths untouched so past or legacy payments do not break.
• Supply clear build instructions and a short code walkthrough so I can reproduce the steps for future versions.
• Provide an internal-test APK or bundle showing the new purchase flow working on a real device and verifying receipts from the Play Console.

Acceptance criteria
• A new purchase completes end-to-end through Google Play Billing and appears in the Play Console.
• The Cashfree logic continues to compile and function exactly as before.
• Source code compiles with no additional warnings and follows standard Flutter / Dart formatting.
• Documentation is delivered as a short markdown or PDF file.

Feel free to lean on any preferred plugins (in_app_purchase, revenuecat, etc.) as long as they don’t add unnecessary weight and meet Google’s latest policy requirements. I can supply current source, test products, and Play Console access as soon as we start." (client-provided description)
