"I need a lightweight, web-based admin chat panel built purely for internal team communication. The core feature is a real-time group chat where every message first enters a moderation queue; an appointed admin must press “approve” before the post appears to the rest of the team.

Other functions—private messaging, file sharing, etc.—aren’t required right now, so the interface can stay minimal and distraction-free. Speed, stability, and clean UX matter more than fancy extras.

You are free to pick the stack you’re most productive with—Node.js + [login to view URL], Laravel + Pusher, Firebase, or another proven solution—as long as it runs smoothly on a standard VPS and can be deployed with clear setup instructions.
