Assets already on hand
My logo and brand color palette are finalized, and I’ll share the style guide as soon as we start. That should give you clear direction on typography, spacing, and overall mood.

• Home – an eye-catching hero section, concise value proposition, and highlights of key projects or services.
• About Us – a short company story, team section (optional photo grid), and any trust badges or testimonials that fit the layout.
• Contact Us – a simple form that sends to my business email, plus the usual map/phone/social links.

Core expectations
– Clean, modern UI that aligns perfectly with my existing branding.
– Fully responsive design tested on mobile, tablet, and desktop.
– Fast-loading pages (Core Web Vitals in the green).
– Editable content: I’m comfortable with WordPress, Webflow, or a well-commented static setup—use whichever will let me update copy and images without touching code.
