"I am looking for an experienced WordPress developer to migrate my existing static website (currently built with HTML, PHP, CSS, JavaScript) from cPanel to WordPress using Elementor. 13 pages have to be migrated (only 5 pages are design heavy, rest are easy).

The migration must be done without losing SEO rankings and must preserve the exact URL structure and overall look/feel of the current site, while making it modern, responsive, and easy to update in WordPress.

Scope of Work:

1. Setup & Installation

-Install latest WordPress version on my hosting (cPanel access will be provided).
-Install & configure Elementor and necessary plugins.

2. Website Migration

-Recreate all pages, layouts, and design from the current static site into WordPress with Elementor.
-Maintain the same visual appearance, fonts, colors, and functionality as the current website.
-Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.
-SEO Preservation & Optimization (VERY IMPORTANT)
-Keep the exact same URL structure for all pages (no changes to links).
-Migrate all meta titles, meta descriptions, and meta tags exactly as they are.
-Preserve H1, H2, H3 heading structures and on-page content formatting.
-Redirect any changed URLs (if unavoidable) with 301 redirects.
-Migrate all alt tags for images.
-Ensure proper internal linking is preserved.
-Optimize site speed in WordPress (image compression, caching, minification).
-Submit updated XML sitemap and ensure [login to view URL] is correctly configured.
-Ensure Google Analytics & Search Console tracking codes remain functional.
-Make sure all scripts and tags (Google Ads, Analytics, Clarity and Pixel) for tracking are well preserved after migration. (CRUCIAL)

Testing & Final Checks
-Test all links, forms, and functionalities.
-Ensure all SEO elements are intact post-migration.
-Verify the new site is fully responsive on all devices.

Deliverables:
-Fully functional WordPress site matching the current site design and structure.

-Elementor-based editing setup so I can easily update the site later.
-Migration report showing how SEO was preserved.
