You need to migrate and upgrade a cloud application to use Oracle Always Free services instead of Azure.

Main requirements:

1. Disable the email sending mechanism to the owner.


2. Migrate from Azure to Oracle services:

The current app uses Azure Key Vault, Blob Storage, Blur, Cosmos DB, and Table Storage.

Replace these with Oracle Always Free services.

Ensure zero cost while maintaining high quality.

Keep a smart caching system to reduce database calls.



3. All information previously sent via email to the owner should now be available in the admin panel:

Implement powerful user access tracking.

Allow the owner to delete information, protected by password verification and multiple warnings.



4. All reports, including health reports, should be available in the admin panel.


5. Automatically delete data of users who log in but do not subscribe within 40 days to reduce storage waste.


6. Add new features: Rewrite and Summarize:

Available only in the 2nd and 3rd subscription tiers.

Users’ word limits will gradually decrease when using these features.

Make light front-end updates accordingly.

Use a very high-quality prompt engine with special algorithms and rules.



7. Fully implement all listed features in each subscription plan (some may currently be partially implemented).


8. Keep the SMTP feature even though the Brove API will be used.


9. Retain Reddit integration with a low-cost or zero-cost caching system according to the current cloud setup.


10. Keep the existing marketing strategy intact; update frontend colors and reactions to make the UI attractive—mainly targeting bloggers.


11. Organize and present Terms and Conditions clearly and professionally.


12. Enable updating of APIs, passwords, payment gateway API, merchant codes, etc., from the admin panel.


13. Owner password update system must send OTP email and verify before applying the new password.


14. Use GPT-5 primarily and fallback to GPT-5 mini only; completely remove GPT-4o and other models from the application.
