"We need an experienced hand to step in immediately and steady one of our long-standing client projects. The cross-platform application (Laravel + core PHP back end, React front end) relies heavily on Twilio and Zoom for real-time audio/video calls.

The critical issue: calls drop on both the web and mobile builds right after users enter their PIN and security code. This single fault is eroding client confidence, so the first milestone is to diagnose and eliminate the disconnection problem fast.

What we are looking for
• 5+ years of proven work troubleshooting Twilio Programmable Voice/Video and Zoom SDK integrations.
• Solid React skills; you will be reading and extending existing components.
• Comfortable navigating a mixed Laravel and vanilla PHP codebase.
• Availability during UK business hours for stand-ups, quick tests and hotfix deployment.

Once the immediate fix is live and stable, we plan to retain you to maintain, refactor and extend the portal—everything from feature roll-outs to performance hardening.

Deliverables for the initial engagement
1. Reproduce and pinpoint the root cause of the post-PIN call drop.
2. Patch and deploy the solution to staging, then production.
3. Hand over concise notes or a pull request summarising changes and any follow-up recommendations.
