"I’m ready to build an internal Zoho Creator application that will serve as our central hub for both data management and process automation, then grow it into a polished customer-facing platform. Here’s what the engagement looks like:

Phase 1 – Internal Core
• Design intuitive forms, workflows and dashboards that keep data clean, searchable and secure.
• Implement role-based vendor/seller interfaces so our team can collaborate without bottlenecks.
• Script smart automations in Deluge to cut down on repetitive tasks and ensure information flows where it should.

Phase 2 – External Expansion
Once the core is stable, we’ll layer on three client-visible modules:
• Customer service interface
• Customer feedback forms
• Product / service catalog

Tech Stack & Extras
Zoho Creator and Deluge scripting sit at the heart of the build. If you can extend functionality through Java or Node.js integrations, that’s a welcome bonus and will be used for future API hooks.
