"I need a compact AI voice assistant that lives entirely in the browser. Its sole task is Text-to-Speech: visitors type or paste text, press play, and hear a natural-sounding voice without installing anything. No speech recognition or mobile packaging is required—this is strictly a web experience.

Preferred approach is a lightweight JavaScript or TypeScript component that calls the Web Speech API (or another cloud TTS endpoint if quality is markedly better) and streams audio back in real time. A clean, responsive HTML/CSS wrapper is enough; I’ll handle full site styling later.
