"I need a web-based project management application that my internal team can use daily to stay organised and data-driven. The two non-negotiable features are:

• Task tracking – create projects, break them into tasks and subtasks, assign owners, set due dates, attach files, and update status in real time.
• Reporting and analytics – interactive dashboards and downloadable reports that summarise progress, overdue work, workload distribution, and basic burn-down charts.

Team collaboration tools such as chat or client portals are not required right now; the focus is strictly on helping our staff log work efficiently and then extract clear, actionable insights.

Tech stack is flexible—feel free to build with React, Vue, Angular, Node.js, Django, Laravel or another modern framework, as long as the UI is responsive and the back end is secure and documented. A clean REST or GraphQL API, role-based access control, and straightforward deployment scripts (Docker or similar) will make hand-off smoother.

Deliverables
• A fully functional web app deployed to our staging server
• Source code in a private Git repository with README and setup instructions
• One short video walkthrough (or live demo) showing the task tracking flow and the analytics screens

Acceptance criteria
• Every page loads in under two seconds for 50 concurrent users
• All core actions (create task, update status, generate report) pass unit and integration tests
• Analytics numbers match task data to within 1%
