"I run several WordPress sites and need a dependable mid-level developer to work with me on a rolling monthly basis. Your core focus will be threefold: keeping each site running smoothly through routine maintenance, pushing fresh content live when I supply it, and coding out new features or tweaks that improve user experience.

Because this is an ongoing engagement, communication and turnaround times matter as much as clean, well-documented code. You should already feel comfortable handling theme adjustments, child-theme best practices, custom post types, and the usual suspects—HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, and MySQL—inside the WordPress ecosystem. Familiarity with popular plugins is a plus, but I’m flexible on the exact stack as long as you can quickly pick up whatever tools the project demands.

At the start of each month we’ll agree on a task list and milestones; by month’s end I expect all tickets resolved, sites updated, and any new functionality fully tested on staging before we push to production.
