"I need an end-to-end iPad and iPhone application that lets my sales reps walk up to a doorway, scan it with LiDAR, and instantly drop a true-scale 3D door into the opening. Using ARKit (RealityKit/SceneKit) the app must:

• Detect and measure the opening automatically, storing width, height, and jamb depth.
• Overlay selectable 3D door models—multiple styles, materials, and fully customizable colors—so the customer can preview exactly how each option looks in their own space.
• Capture screenshots or short clips for later reference.

Once a model is chosen the rep should be able to tap “Generate Proposal” and have a branded PDF appear seconds later. That PDF needs to pull in:

• Customer details entered on a simple form.
• All selected door specifications (style, material, color, size).
• An itemized pricing breakdown pulled from a local price matrix or a lightweight API endpoint.

I’ll supply artwork, branding guidelines, and our catalog of door models; you wire everything together in Swift or SwiftUI, build a clean UI, and prepare the app for TestFlight distribution. A brief onboarding screen, offline caching for rural job sites, and a tidy Core Data (or lightweight Realm) store round out the requirements.

Deliverables:
1. Xcode project with well-commented code.
2. Usable TestFlight build for both iPad Pro (LiDAR) and standard iPhone models (gracefully degrading when LiDAR is absent).
3. Finished PDF template and generation workflow.
4. Short setup document and demo video.
