Project description:
"I’m building a three-stage, browser-based mini simulator that runs smoothly on phones, tablets, and desktop screens of any size. Everything must be delivered as a fully responsive web game hosted on AWS.
Gameplay outline
• Level 1: drive a cartoon-style truck down a road while dodging holes, oil slicks, and other randomly generated hazards that become more frequent and harder to avoid as time passes.
• Level 2: guide a cargo ship across the ocean, again with dynamic obstacles and a rising difficulty curve.
• Level 3: switch to a cargo plane and keep the same escalating-challenge feel in the air.
Visuals & tech
The art direction is “cartoon-like and simple.” I have a rough mood board, but you’ll handle all final asset creation, animation, and UI. The engine and framework are your choice—[login to view URL], [login to view URL], Unity WebGL, or another proven option—so long as you can guarantee fast loading and consistent frame rates on iOS Safari, Android Chrome, and major desktop browsers.
AWS hosting
Code, assets, and any serverless back-end logic will live on AWS. I’ll need step-by-step guidance (or an automated Terraform / CloudFormation stack) to spin up the required modules—likely S3 for static files, CloudFront for CDN, and optional Lambda/API Gateway if the game logic needs a back-end scoreboard.
Deliverables
1. Play-ready web build for all three levels
2. Original source files and commented code
3. Graphic assets in layered format
4. Deployment guide (or scripts) for AWS
5. One short hand-off call to verify everything runs on my account
Acceptance criteria
• Game scales correctly from 360-px mobile width up to 4K desktop.
• Each level spawns obstacles randomly and increases difficulty over time.
• No device shows frame drops below 30 fps in normal play.
• AWS setup replicates cleanly in a new account using your instructions.
If the scope is clear, please outline your preferred engine, timeline, and any middleware or libraries you plan to use so we can get started right away." (client-provided description)
