The project already contains all files and components; the main focus is technical clean-up, environment setup, and documentation, ensuring the app is fully functional and professionally packaged.

Responsibilities
• Review the entire codebase and reorganize all project folders for clarity.
• Set up local development environments and ensure the project runs without errors.
• Update outdated frameworks, libraries, and dependencies.
