"PHP Developer for Dolibarr Module Development (Long-Term, Hourly)

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable PHP Developer with proven experience in Dolibarr ERP/CRM to join us on a long-term hourly contract.
Your main responsibilities will include developing, extending, and maintaining custom Dolibarr modules for a business-critical environment.

This role requires consistent delivery, clean code, and very good understanding of the Dolibarr ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

Develop new Dolibarr modules (custom objects, lists, cards, permissions, setup pages)

Extend and enhance existing modules (hooks, triggers, templates, widgets)

Work with Dolibarr core classes: CommonObject, CommonObjectLine, Form, FormFile

Create/modify database tables, extrafields, dictionaries

Implement UI using Dolibarr standards ([login to view URL], [login to view URL], tpl templates)

Integrate APIs (JSON/REST) where needed

Fix bugs, refactor legacy code, optimize performance

Commit frequently using Git (one branch per task)

Accurately track time (hourly billing)

Required Skills:

Strong PHP 7/8 (OOP)

Excellent MySQL (schema design, queries, joins)

Solid experience with Dolibarr development:

✔ hooks
✔ triggers
✔ extrafields
✔ dictionaries
✔ list/card templates

JavaScript / jQuery / AJAX

HTML5/CSS3

Git (branches, merges, pull requests)

Good written English

Nice to Have:

Experience with accounting/HR/manufacturing modules

Understanding of ERP workflows (invoices, orders, projects, BOM/MRP)

Familiarity with Dolibarr cron tasks, document templates, and PDF classes

Linux knowledge (basic)
