"Project Description:

We are seeking an experienced full-stack developer or small team to build a Proof of Concept (PoC) for a secure digital identity and workforce compliance platform. The PoC will showcase core features using only mock data and simulated API interactions—no live external integrations required at this stage.

Objectives:

User registration with simulated document upload and biometric verification.
Mock issuance of verifiable credentials (VCs) and display in a secure in-app wallet.
Project/role participation workflows with employer review and approval.
Role-based dashboards for compliance status and audit trail visibility.
Immutable logging of actions simulating blockchain anchoring.
Consent management features with audit logs.

Technology Stack:

Frontend: React Native (mobile app), React.js (web portals)
Backend: Node.js/Express or equivalent REST API framework
Database: Secure data storage (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
Mock APIs: Simulated service responses for identity, credential, and blockchain anchoring
Authentication: JWT or similar token-based authentication
Blockchain Anchoring: Using a test blockchain or simulated service

Deliverables:

Fully functional mobile app and web portals meeting PoC requirements
Mock backend services supporting all workflows
Technical documentation and demo scripts for presentations

Project Duration:

AGILE project methodology is fine. Iterative design with fast rejection/approval loop. Please provide a list of milestones and proposed dates. The project is projected to start at the beginning of January.

Requirements:

Strong skills in full-stack JavaScript development with React Native and React.js
Experience designing REST APIs and mock/stub services
Understanding of verifiable credentials and digital identity concepts advantageous
Ability to deliver iterative demos and refine based on feedback
Good communication skills and reliability
