"Our in-house project-management portal was recently upgraded to PHP 8 with a MariaDB backend.

We now need to modify and change and add some new functionality to existing or new features.

This system is complex and requires 6 to 10 years of experience with working with PHP 8. This is not for a non-experienced or a new developer.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. You must have prior experience with php 8 and mysql or MariaDB

2. Your bid must be a real / practical bid. NO placeholders are allowed

3. We will need a flat fee / cost for each task. We do not do hourly projects
