"I need a custom ERP that lives on-premise, runs smoothly over our local network, and is reachable from any Android phone or tablet my team carries on the shop floor.

Scope of work
The system has to cover three core business pillars—inventory, finance and HR—while adding built-in team chat, barcode scanning at every stock movement, and WhatsApp push notifications (e.g. low-stock alerts or approval reminders). Each feature must respect the four role levels we use today: Admin, Manager, Accountant and standard Employee. A straightforward username + password login is fine; the database will sit behind our existing firewall.

Key expectations
• Local hosting package (Linux or Windows server) with clear installation script
• Android access delivered either through a dedicated APK or a responsive PWA that behaves like a native app, including offline caching for spotty Wi-Fi zones
• Clean UI/UX so non-technical staff can move from screen to screen in two taps or fewer
• Full CRUD for inventory, ledger and employee records, plus real-time stock adjustments through the barcode scanner
• Finance module must export to XLS or CSV for my accountant’s external software
• HR section needs leave tracking and simple payroll calculations (no tax tables—just gross, deductions and net)
• Secure, searchable team chat with file attachments kept inside the local server (no third-party cloud storage)
• WhatsApp integration that triggers predefined message templates through our existing number
• Source code, database schema and a one-page admin manual as handover

Acceptance criteria
1. I can install the server package and connect at least three Android devices within 30 minutes, following your guide.
2. Each role only sees the menus assigned to it.
3. A test stock pick, salary run and expense entry flow end-to-end without errors.
4. WhatsApp alert fires automatically when stock reaches the threshold we set together.
