I’m looking for an experienced WordPress freelancer to handle a full redesign of an existing apartments rental website.
WordPress is already installed on my o2switch hosting, and all Vik Booking plugins (latest Pro version) have been purchased, installed, and activated. However, no usable configuration exists on the current site: we’re starting from scratch.
Goal: build a clean, simple, and effective website matching the Plaza theme demo design, connected to OTAs, and fully multilingual (French/English/Italian).

Technical context :
- Hosting: o2switch (WordPress already installed)
- Theme: Plaza (must be configured to match the official demo)

Plugins:
- Vik Booking Pro (PMS + booking engine)
- Vik Channel Manager / e4jConnect
- OTAs to connect: [login to view URL], Airbnb, Google Hotel
- Domain name: already owned and must be linked to the final site
- Languages: FR / EN / IT

Scope of work :
1) Technical setup / base

- Check WordPress environment + perform clean updates (WP + Plaza theme + Vik plugins)
- Full backup before work starts
- Optional staging environment setup if needed (to be discussed)

2) Plaza Theme – demo-like setup
- Install and activate Plaza theme
- Configure as close as possible to the demo (first version identical to demo): homepage layout and sections; visual blocks / widgets / shortcodes; header/footer, menus, global styles
- Fully responsive on mobile/tablet/desktop

3) Vik Booking Pro configuration (PMS)

Global configuration:
- property/company details
- check-in/check-out times, booking rules
- taxes/fees (cleaning, city tax if applicable, etc.)
- payment setup (to be confirmed), automatic emails

Create and configure 11 apartments in Vik Booking:
- name, capacity, beds, amenities, descriptions
- photos (provided by me)
- categories/filters
- base pricing for the direct website (even if OTA prices remain the main source)

Important: prices are already managed inside OTAs.
The direct website must work correctly, but OTAs remain the price “source of truth”.

4) Channel Manager – connect 3 OTAs
- Activate e4jConnect + Vik Channel Manager

Connect channels:
- [login to view URL]
- Airbnb
- Google Hotel

Map the 11 apartments to the matching OTA listings

Sync settings:
- mainly availability + bookings
- pricing remains managed in OTAs

Full anti-overbooking tests:
- OTA test booking → imported into Vik
- website test booking → blocks dates on OTAs
- availability changes → pushed to OTAs

5) Multilingual website FR / EN / IT
- Install/configure a multilingual plugin compatible with Plaza/Vik (WPML or Polylang recommended)
- Create FR/EN/IT versions of:
- WordPress pages
- menus
- Vik Booking apartments / categories / options
- Vik Booking automated emails
- Add a visible language switcher

Expectations :
- Final WordPress website using Plaza theme matching the demo
- 11 apartments fully configured in Vik Booking
- Working OTA synchronization with Booking / Airbnb / Google Hotel
- Fully multilingual site (FR/EN/IT)
- Responsive
