"Scope
• Build-out and style the portal so it supports job posting & application, résumé upload, and automated job alerts as core features.
• Layer in richer interaction: private messaging between employers and candidates, a portfolio showcase area, and call-scheduling capability.
• Configure PayPal as the sole payment gateway, test end-to-end transactions in both sandbox and live modes, and leave me clear setup notes for future reference.
• Move the finished site onto my Aliyun ECS server (you should already be comfortable with its console, security groups, and performance tweaks).
• Once it’s live, run a quick SEO sweep—titles, meta, sitemap, and basic schema—so we launch with clean fundamentals.
• Deliver a short document summarising every custom function, plugin, and code change made.
