"A UK startup running a single annual car show with ~700 exhibitors, aiming for a cost-effective Minimum Viable Product (MVP). The goal is to start selling tickets by January 2026 for the August 2026 event.

The Core Business Process:

- Application: Exhibitors sign up and use a "Virtual Garage" to submit multiple vehicles for the show.

- Review: Manual review and assess the suitability of each individual vehicle via a simple form.

- Payment: Integrate with Stripe to take payment for 'Approved' vehicles, plus optional extras at checkout.

- Zone Allocation: Allow zoning of paid vehicles, based on make, model etc.

- Data Export: export postal address details for driver information packs to be sent out.


Tech Stack: A reactive, mobile-friendly Front End (React or similar) and a scalable Back End using Google Firebase.

Database: A structured database (Firestore) is required, including many-to-many relationships between Exhibitors, Vehicles, Events, Tickets. We have a platform skeleton and need your help deploying to this environment.

Integrations (Must-Haves): The system requires integration with three external APIs: Stripe for dynamic payment processing , Google Maps API for address lookup , and Mailchimp API for populating email campaign lists.

Admin Functionality: The Admin journey involves managing events, the car-by-car approval process, generating reports (crucial for zoning and event operations), and exporting data for mail merge
