Introduction
First Nation Digital Voting ([login to view URL]) invites qualified freelance developers or development teams to submit proposals for the complete design, engineering, deployment, and long-term support of the FNDV Live Platform, a secure, cloud-based, bilingual (English and French) digital voting system created specifically for sovereign First Nations communities across Canada.
This Request for Proposal (RFP) defines the vision, technical architecture, functional scope, SaaS requirements, mobile app specifications, security protocols, and deliverables expected from the selected developer.
FNDV aims to deliver the most secure, transparent, and inclusive Indigenous voting platform in Canada, supporting general elections, referendums, Chief & Council nominations, band membership decisions, community surveys, and other democratic processes.
