"I’ve exported my entire LinkedIn network and now need that raw CSV turned into a clean, filter-friendly Google Sheet. The goals are straightforward:

• Create separate columns that clearly mark each person as 1st, 2nd, or 3rd degree so I can slice the list instantly by relationship strength.
• Add a flexible “Industry / Tag” column where you assign custom tags to every contact rather than forcing them into broad buckets—think “FinTech”, “Growth Marketing”, “AI Research”, etc. Multiple tags per contact are fine; just keep them comma-separated for easy filtering.
• Populate any contact details already present in the export (email, phone, company, current title, location, notes). If a field is blank in the source file, leave it blank—no guessing.
• Make sure the final sheet is tidy: one header row, frozen panes, consistent text case, no stray spaces, and simple data validation where helpful (drop-downs for Connection Level, for example). Please include the date of connection as well and location.

I’ll share the LinkedIn export as soon as we start. When you’re done I should be able to jump into the sheet, type a filter, and immediately find “3rd degree / Climate Tech / Berlin” or “1st degree / PE / CFO”. If you’re comfortable with Google Sheets functions such as FILTER, ARRAYFORMULA, and REGEXREPLACE the job will be quick.
