"I need a modern, custom-built e-commerce site focused on selling perfumes within Malaysia. The storefront must be lightweight, responsive on all devices, and visually appealing without overwhelming the user.

Core requirements
• Custom architecture – no WordPress, Shopify, or other off-the-shelf systems. Propose your preferred tech stack (Laravel, Node, React, [login to view URL], etc.) but keep performance front-of-mind.
• Seamless checkout with Malaysian payment options. iPay88, MOLPay, FPX online banking, and any other local gateways you suggest have to be integrated end-to-end, including refund handling.
• Real-time logistics link-up. The site should push orders automatically to major local couriers (Pos Laju, J&T, Ninja Van, etc.) so that an airwaybill is created, tracking codes are stored, and customers receive shipping notifications by email/SMS.
• Instant order confirmation. Shoppers must see their order number immediately on screen and in their inbox.
• Post-delivery review feature. After the tracking status shows “delivered,” the system should invite the customer to rate the product and leave feedback directly on the product page.
• Intuitive admin panel for catalog, inventory, coupon, and order management.
• Speed targets: <2 s first contentful paint, 90+ Lighthouse score on mobile.
• Clean, modern UI/UX that reflects a premium perfume brand while staying simple to navigate.

Acceptance criteria
1. Payment gateway test transactions succeed with sandbox and live keys.
2. Courier API returns valid tracking links visible on both customer account and admin dashboard.
3. Review submissions are only allowed after confirmed delivery.
4. Site passes speed tests and basic security audits (HTTPS, input sanitisation, CSRF).
