Project description:
"I’m building a lean, cross-platform mobile app that lets students in the Arab world book private tutors in just a few taps. The first release is an MVP, so I need core flows to work flawlessly rather than a feature-packed product.

Core scope
• 100 % Arabic interface with a right-to-left layout.
• Two public roles: Tutor and Student, each with a quick sign-up (email + password only).
• Tutor profile creation: name, subjects, hourly rate, city, profile photo.
• Student profile creation.
• Booking flow where a student picks a tutor, selects date & time, and confirms.
• Real-time messaging between the two parties as soon as a booking is created.
• Simple web-based admin panel that only I can access to approve tutors, suspend users, and view bookings.
• Payments are out of scope for this phase but the codebase should be structured so a gateway can be added later.

Tech & timeline
Flutter, React Native, or any rapid development stack is fine as long as the final APK/IPA is clean, fast, and under 30 MB per platform. I’d like the MVP ready in 2–4 weeks.

Deliverables
1. iOS and Android builds ready for TestFlight / internal testing.
2. Source code with clear installation instructions.
3. Lightweight admin panel deployed on my hosting.
4. Brief hand-off document explaining how to add future features such as payments.
