"I’m ready to build a full-scale ride-hailing experience, on both iOS and Android, that feels as smooth as Rapido, Ola or Uber. At its core the app must let a rider request a trip, watch the vehicle approach in real time, pay from inside the app and rate the driver once the journey ends. Drivers should see their own ratings too, and riders need the option to leave an extra tip at checkout.

Beyond the trip itself, I need ride-fare estimation before booking, an always-available customer-support chat, and a clean booking-history screen so users can review past journeys or download receipts whenever they like. Reliability is critical, so please plan for a stable, scalable backend that keeps tracking fast and payments secure.

Acceptance criteria
1. Real-time GPS tracking accurate to within a few metres.
2. Successful in-app card or wallet payment flow in a sandbox environment.
3. Rating, tip and support chat events correctly stored and surfaced in booking history.
4. Both apps pass App Store and Google Play review with no blocking issues.
