"I need a single landing page rebuilt in WordPress. Your job is to recreate my existing page so it looks identical on desktop and mobile, but performs dramatically better. Copy the layout, text, images, and graphics exactly, then rebuild it with a lightweight custom setup instead of using a bloated theme. I want fast load times, clean code, and full Core Web Vitals compliance.

Requirements
• Pixel-perfect match of the current page (desktop + mobile)
• Custom theme or child theme, not an off-the-shelf template
• Proper on-page SEO structure (headings, schema, alt tags)
• Compressed images, minified assets, lazy loading, clean CSS/JS
• Mobile-responsive build
• Simple newsletter signup (Mailchimp API or a lightweight alternative)
• GTmetrix or PSI screenshots showing green scores on mobile and desktop
• Short handoff notes so I can update copy and images later
