"I want to present my Delegation of Authority (DoA) in SharePoint with the same polish you would expect from a corporate policy portal. You will work from the images and content I provide and turn them into a reusable SharePoint page (or modern site template) that includes:

• A fixed sidebar accommodating up to 20 items, each item able to act as
– a quick link to internal documents,
– a link out to approved external sites, and
– an anchor link that jumps to specific sections on the page.
• A clean header area with clearly labelled tabs so users can switch between related DoA sections without losing context.
• The core Authority Matrix laid out in a well-formatted, easy-to-scan table that matches our brand colours and typography.

Please keep the overall look corporate, uncluttered, and consistent with standard SharePoint Modern UI patterns so it drops straight into our tenant.
