"A brand-new web-based store is taking shape on the .NET stack, and the next milestone is a full feature buildout from database to responsive UI. The project already has its high-level architecture sketched in ASP.NET Core, but I need the full stack pulled together—front-end Razor Views (or Blazor if you prefer), C# business logic, Entity Framework data layer, and deployment to Azure or IIS.

Core objective
The site will function as a complete e-commerce platform. Beyond the usual catalog, cart, and checkout flow, the standout requirement is a robust Support module. Think customer ticketing with status tracking, optional live-chat handoff, and an admin dashboard that surfaces unresolved issues at a glance. Clean code, layered architecture, and solid security (OAuth 2 / Identity) are non-negotiable.

Scope at a glance
• Build or refine product, cart, and order services
• Implement the Support module end-to-end (database schema, API endpoints, UI)
• Integrate at least one payment gateway (Stripe or PayPal work)
• Responsive front-end that passes Lighthouse performance and accessibility audits
• CI/CD pipeline, automated tests, and deployment script

Acceptance criteria
1. A user can register, browse products, add to cart, pay, and open a support ticket in one uninterrupted session.
2. Admin dashboard lists new tickets in real time and lets staff change ticket status.
3. All critical paths covered by unit and integration tests; build succeeds in CI.
4. Full README with setup, tech stack, and environment variables.
