"I want a mobile experience for the Katy, TX show grounds that mirrors the convenience of the WEC-Ocala iPhone app and then pushes it a step further. Everything an exhibitor, judge, or staff member needs during a horse show should sit in one elegant iOS application, fed by a simple cloud-based back end I can manage from my laptop.

Core features I must see working end-to-end:
• Live schedule updates with push notifications the moment a ring order shifts
• Instant results tracking, sortable by class, rider, and horse
• In-app chat so exhibitors can reach judges and office staff without leaving the barn aisle
• Shavings & hay ordering that ties directly into our existing supply workflow
• Embedded video links from JK Videography LLC ([login to view URL]) so riders can watch replays almost as soon as they step out of the ring
• A built-in map and directory that highlights local hotels, restaurants, and other businesses useful to out-of-town competitors

I’m happy to supply branding assets, ring schedules, and a data feed for results; you’ll wire them into a clean Swift/SwiftUI codebase, set up the notifications, and publish a TestFlight build for review.
