"I need a desktop application built in Flutter/Dart that lets me chart market data much like TradingView, but with an emphasis on working smoothly when I have no internet connection.

Core workflow
• When I’m online, the app should pull live prices through stock-market APIs, cryptocurrency exchanges, and forex APIs, then cache everything locally—both raw data and any drawings I make.
• If the connection drops, I still want to scroll back through every candle, drawing, and note exactly as I left them.

Drawing & charting requirements
The canvas must support Trend lines, Support & Resistance lines, and Fibonacci retracement. On top of that, I expect basic Indicators (think moving averages at minimum), the ability to flip through Multiple time frames, and Interactive tooltips that surface OHLC and indicator values on hover.

Tech expectations
Because I plan to run this on multiple machines, cross-platform packaging (Windows and macOS at least) is important. Use well-maintained Flutter charting libraries where possible, but write custom widgets if necessary to hit the TradingView-like feel. Persistence can sit on a lightweight local database or file store—whichever makes offline mode seamless.

Deliverables
• Compiled installers for the target OSs
• Full Dart/Flutter source with clear build steps
• Brief README explaining how to add or swap API keys and where offline data is stored

I’ll test acceptance by:
1. Launching the app without internet and confirming previous sessions load perfectly.
2. Drawing on a chart, reconnecting, closing, and reopening to see the annotations intact.
3. Switching between markets (stocks, crypto, forex) and time frames with no crashes.
