"I am forking the open-source Outline VPN code-base and need it rebuilt under my own brand. The priority is a rock-solid Windows desktop release first, with the architecture kept clean so we can move on to Linux, iOS and Android later.

Here is what I already have and what I need from you:

• Brand assets: a complete colour palette and an app icon are ready to drop in.
• Open-source starting point: Outline’s client and manager repositories will be the foundation.
• Subscription model: the finished client must talk to a simple licence server or Stripe-backed API so users can create, renew and cancel paid plans.
• Global server pool: please provision—or show me how to provision—secure VPS nodes in multiple regions, wire them into Outline’s Access Key system and surface them neatly inside the app.
• Stability and performance: quick connection times, graceful reconnection after sleep, and minimal CPU / RAM footprint are essential.
