"I’m setting up a fully custom-coded Shopify storefront that runs lowest-unique-bid auctions instead of traditional “add to cart” sales. Users will register—either by email or through their preferred social accounts—and pay a small fee each time they place a bid. Every auction displays a live countdown, after which the system must automatically pinpoint the single lowest unique bid that no one else submitted and declare that person the winner.

Core build requirements
• Shopify theme developed from scratch with a clean, minimalistic look that remains fast on mobile and desktop.
• Front-end timer and real-time bid counter on every product page.
• Secure account area where members can review current bids, past results, and saved shipping details.
• Admin console to upload products, set bid fees, adjust timer lengths, view analytics (total bids, participant count, revenue per item), and trigger or override results if needed.
• Payment flow through PayPal, Stripe, and a local gateway (API documentation will be provided). Funds must be captured automatically each time a bid is submitted.
• Server-side algorithm that evaluates all entries the instant the timer hits zero, flags the lowest unique amount, stores the outcome, and fires an email notification to the winner—no manual intervention.
• Responsive layout, WCAG-friendly where practical, plus lightweight tracking for page views and conversion events.

Deliverables
1. Private Git repository with the finished Shopify theme and custom apps/scripts.
2. Clear installation notes and environment variables for payment keys and gateway callbacks.
3. One admin walk-through call to verify product upload, auction launch, and winner selection flow.

Acceptance criteria
• Bids can be placed and charged in under three seconds on a 4G mobile connection.
• Winner selection matches manual verification on at least three test runs.
• Payment callbacks record the transaction ID in Shopify Orders and in the bidding database.
• No console errors and a minimum 90 Google Lighthouse performance score on mobile.
