"I want to revive the fast-paced fun of Vine with a brand-new mobile platform that pays both me and my creators. The goal is an MVP that records or uploads short looping clips, pushes them into a swipeable feed, and lets users instantly share the best ones across other socials.

Both iOS and Android must launch together, so suggest a performant cross-platform approach—Flutter, React Native, or another framework you trust—or two solid native builds if you can keep parity. Core features are straightforward: snappy video uploading, real-time social interactions (likes, comments, follows), and one-tap outbound sharing.

Monetization is ad-driven. I’ll need in-feed ads (AdMob, Meta Audience Network, or a custom server-side stitch) that track CPMs, log impressions against each video, and split revenue automatically between the platform and individual creators. A simple web dashboard should let me set ad frequency, view engagement metrics, and trigger payouts.
