"I’m looking for a designer-developer who can craft a visually rich yet effortlessly simple website for an interior design studio based on the Gold Coast. The brand leans toward a luxurious and sophisticated aesthetic, much like the feel of Kelly Behun Studio, 1508 London, or Mim Design.

Scope of pages
• Home – a full-screen hero, studio introduction and a teaser of the three pillars (Discovery / Creation / Curation) plus a snapshot of recent work
• About – our story, philosophy, approach and team profiles laid out with generous white space and refined typography
• Portfolio – the heart of the site. It must house an interactive image gallery and category filters (Australian vs. International projects) so visitors can effortlessly browse our narrative-driven case studies, with a dedicated area for press features and credentials
• Journal – a simple yet elegant blog area for process stories and maker profiles
• Contact – office locations, direct team emails and an enquiry form

While the copy and imagery will be supplied, I need you to run with the overall visual language, UX, UI, and development. The end result should load quickly, feel seamless on mobile, and empower us to update projects and articles in-house via an intuitive CMS.

Deliverables
1. High-fidelity mock-ups for all five pages, reflecting the luxury tone and responsive behaviour
2. Fully developed website (tested across modern browsers and devices)
3. CMS setup with clear instructions so the team can add new portfolio pieces, categories and journal posts without code
4. Launch support and a short hand-over call or video walkthrough
