"I need a complete newsletter growth engine built around my “supernegotiate” content so I can drive steady traffic back to my website. My articles live on LinkedIn and my own blog, I publish long-form pieces on Substack, every podcast episode sits on Spotify, and most talks are on YouTube. Right now everything is scattered; I want it stitched together into one high-converting sequence that nets 10 000 new opt-ins within 30 days.

Here’s what I expect:

• First, audit the existing material across LinkedIn, my blog, YouTube, Spotify and Substack. Identify the strongest hooks, then map them to a 30,60,90-day drip schedule that keeps readers clicking through to the site.
• Design and build a clean landing page (any modern stack is fine—Webflow, WordPress, Leadpages, etc.) with persuasive copy, an embedded signup form and space for video highlights.
• Produce the first month of newsletter assets: concise blog-style summaries, embedded or linked videos, podcast episode highlights, short case studies, and curated LinkedIn post recaps—all formatted in a reusable email template.
• Set up the email service (Mailchimp, ConvertKit or similar), automation, tagging and basic analytics so I can track open-rate, click-through and, most importantly, traffic driven back to the site.

Acceptance will be based on:
- Functional landing page connected to the email platform
- A 30-day content calendar with copy and media links ready to send
- Clear call-to-action flow that pushes readers to the website
- Reporting dashboard showing how we’ll measure progress toward 10 k signups
