"I need a small iPhone app that takes a URL I enter and, the moment I launch it, starts reloading that page on its own. A simple text field (or saved preference) for the address and a slider or input for the refresh interval is all the interface I’m after. If it can keep running while the screen is on that’s perfect; background refresh is a plus but not essential.

Notifications about each refresh or when the page actually changes would be nice to have, yet I’d like them to stay optional so I can toggle the feature off when I don’t need alerts.

I haven’t decided whether to ship this to the App Store, so please build in a way that lets me choose later. A TestFlight or side-loadable build is fine for the first delivery, but I’d welcome your advice on the quickest path to distribution if we do submit.

• Xcode project in Swift/SwiftUI (WKWebView or similar)
• Installable IPA or TestFlight invite
• Brief read-me explaining how to change the default URL, adjust the timer, and enable/disable notifications
