"I run recurring marketing campaigns through WhatsApp and now need a focused way to see, in real-time, how many of my messages are actually getting through. The core requirement is a small application (or script) that connects to the WhatsApp Business API and produces reliable tracking and analytics centred specifically on message delivery rates.

Here’s what I expect to walk away with:
• A secure connection to the WhatsApp Business API (or an approved gateway such as Twilio or Vonage) that logs every outbound campaign message.
• A lightweight dashboard—web or desktop—that shows total sent, delivered, failed and pending counts, plus a CSV/Excel export for deeper analysis.
• The data structure and codebase (Python, Node.js, or another mainstream language) cleanly documented so my team can extend it later to user-engagement or conversion metrics if we choose.

Accuracy and compliance with WhatsApp rate limits are critical; throttling or retry logic must be in place so delivery metrics remain trustworthy. If you have done similar analytics or reporting work on messaging platforms, that will accelerate things greatly. I’m ready to test with a sandbox number the moment the first build is ready."
