"I want to launch a web platform where shoppers can browse and purchase retail discounts, restaurant deals, and service coupons all in one place. The very first milestone is solid, secure user access: email-based sign-up paired with phone number verification for added trust, followed by smooth login each time they return.

Once that gateway is in place I’ll layer the public catalog, payment flow, and other bells and whistles, but for now I need:
• A clean, responsive front-end page that shows the site is “open for registration.”
• A registration flow that collects name, email, password, and triggers an SMS or OTP for phone verification.
• A simple dashboard where verified users can see their profile and a placeholder section for future deals.

Please build with widely supported frameworks (Laravel, Django, Node, or similar) and keep the code well-commented so the next sprint—adding deal management and search—slots in easily. Security best practices (hashed passwords, HTTPS readiness) are a must, and the finished module should run on a standard LAMP or equivalent stack I can deploy to shared hosting or AWS.
