"I need a polished iOS prototype packaged for TestFlight so I can demo the product in marketing road-shows and pitch meetings. The build must run strictly in Demo Mode—no live data—yet feel production-ready enough to impress.

Core focus
• Platform: iOS only.
• Purpose: marketing presentation; every screen and animation should sell the vision.
• Key feature: an interactive demo that lets users tap through the main flows without creating real accounts or hitting a backend.

Scope and expectations
You’ll work from existing brand assets, wireframes, and a feature map that is already 80 % complete. I’ll share Figma files, a short motion-design brief, and copy guidelines on kickoff. The remaining 20 % involves refining UI polish, stitching transitions, and wiring touch targets so the experience feels natural while remaining self-contained offline.

Deliverables
- Xcode project with clear, commented code
- TestFlight build ready for distribution (latest iOS SDK)
- A lightweight config for switching between Demo Mode and future live mode
- One hand-off session (recorded) walking me through the project structure and how to trigger future builds

Timeline & budget
I have to stay under the USD 8 k cap with an ideal launch window of four weeks from contract start. Milestones can be split into design finalisation, dev alpha, and TestFlight submission so payments track progress.

Acceptance criteria
1. TestFlight link installs and opens on any device running iOS 17 without crashes.
2. All demo flows reachable from the landing screen in ≤3 taps.
3. No external API calls or sensitive data storage.
4. Codebase builds cleanly in Xcode with no warnings.
