"I’m building a cross-channel experience that lets shoppers see how hats, jewelry, and watches look on them in real time. I need an end-to-end virtual try-on solution that works seamlessly on both my website (React front-end) and the companion iOS/Android apps (Flutter).

The core of the project is an AI model that can:
• detect facial features, wrists, and head shape with high accuracy
• render the selected accessory in the correct scale, angle, and lighting
• support multiple SKUs per category without manual re-training

Key expectations
• Web component and mobile SDK share a single inference pipeline (TensorFlow Lite or similar)
• Latency under one second on recent mobile devices
• Simple API for adding new products: upload PNG + 3D metadata, press publish
• Source code, model weights, and brief technical documentation delivered in a private repo
