"I’m bringing a “Memoirs-as-a-Service” concept to life and need a complete subscription website that feels classic and elegant to visitors while giving me robust tools behind the scenes.

The public marketing page is the main funnel. It must be in German (but I can translate or provide the copy myself), highlight a concise service overview and real success stories or testimonials, and guide prospects toward a clear subscription sign-up.

Once a customer subscribes, they gain access to a private user area and they will be prompted questions on a weekly basis which forms the basis for their book. They can also re-write answers, track progress, and share photos in their user area. When their manuscript is finished, the same space should allow them to see the final to-be-printed book to make any final edits, delivery options and options to order more than one book.

Internally I need an admin area (English UI is fine) that lets me:
• Maintain the entire question/prompt database and monitor mail-outs and response rates
• Monitor each writer’s progress and content at a glance
• Trigger or review AI-powered improvements
• Export files ready for layout, printing, and shipping

I’m happy with mainstream stacks—React, [login to view URL], Laravel, Django, or comparable—as long as the front end renders fast and clean on desktop and mobile and the codebase can scale. Payment, email delivery, and AI (OpenAI, Claude, or similar) integrations should be baked in rather than bolted on later.

1. Responsive marketing page (German copy provided) with testimonial and service-overview sections and sign-up flow
2. Authenticated user dashboard with weekly-prompt engine, AI writing aide, progress tracker, and final export tools
3. Admin console for content, users, analytics, and printing workflow
4. Deployment and brief hand-off showing me where to update prompts, texts, and pricing
