Core experience
• Two clear user roles: homeowners create jobs, tradesmen bid using a credit-based subscription.
• Homeowners can write detailed job descriptions, attach photos or PDFs, and slot each job into a category before publishing.
• Tradesmen browse, spend credits to bid, message the client, and track awarded projects.
• A secure payment gateway sits behind the subscription and any in-app fees.

Embedded AI
• Automated job recommendations surface the most relevant new posts to each tradesman as soon as they arrive.
• A budgeting engine analyses the scope, attached images, and historic data to suggest a realistic cost range the moment a homeowner drafts a job.

Deliverables
1. Native or cross-platform codebase compiled for the latest iOS and Android versions.
2. Cloud-hosted backend (API, database, authentication, payments, AI micro-services).
3. Admin console for user management, credit packages, dispute handling, and analytics.
4. Testing suite, build scripts, and clear deployment documentation so I can push future updates without external help.
